Tracie O’Neill and myself has just spent a week with you all viewing properties so it would be fitting for me to now write of our experience. As you probably know, I first met Peter Sullivan and Dean Elder by chance when I was staying at my sister’s apartment in Tas Sallum, Mellieha and they had the key to that apartment at the time. At that time, our exchange was brief but we still kept in touch albeit not that often. He not only gave me some very good contacts but also took it upon himself to arrange and make the appointments on my behalf to coincide with my trip to Malta. I have purchased properties many times before and I don’t believe that I have ever received this level of service before so I was quite astonished and pleasantly surprised. During the period prior to my visit to Malta, Peter kept in touch with me all the time and explained to me the process with property purchase in Malta. They are both very easy going and didn’t put pressure on us at any time. We also wanted to see properties that were not being marketed by Remax and this did not pose a problem for Peter and Dean. They gave up all their time and most days did not end until gone past 7pm. Dean was fantastic with finding suitable properties to look at and he knew nearly every street in Sliema. There were times when I had to pick up my passport and ID card and I am very grateful for Peter taking the time to drive me to the passport office. Anything that was asked of them was no problem at all and if they did not know the answer, they would make it their mission to find out. Prior to meeting Adrian Jane and I was quite disillusioned with real estate agents in Malta.
