Ive dealt with Marylene on a few occasions when she was marketing my properties to sell and have found her to be very professional and communicative at every stage of the sales process and recently was VERY impressed to see how quickly she found a buyer for my penthouse with one single viewing. Her negotiating skills are very fair and she ensures quick closure after the deal is agreed in principle which i find very IMPORTANT from past experience when buyers can go cold turkey if one doesn’t follow up till closure of the deal which Marylene does very well. Lastly but not least i was very impressed with the feedback she gave me on other viewings of other properties which very few agents unfortunately do in MALTA.
